Lastnight was my first time stoping in. Definitely will be a returning customer. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My Fiancé has the pleasure of talking with the owners dad I believe. She really enjoyed all the stories he told. Overall great selection and very reasonable prices.

Great experience purchasing a new bike from Rock River! Such a simple process purchasing my XSR700 and I felt absolutely no need to try and haggle the price down as it was already the lowest in the Midwest. I was happy, they were happy: how a sale should be! Duke was great to work with...I’d gladly pop back in just to sit and have a conversation with him. Keep up the good work there, everyone. I will definitely recommend that folks head there for a new purchase, repair, gear, etc.

I been to many bike shops in USA in my day since 1980s grew up with Service Honda guys and there service the customer service at Rock River power Sports is the best I ever seen or encounterd ever in my life Great people Here! and there new and used dirt bike and part selection is off the charts the biggest and best I ever seen I recommend this place they made me feel welcome when most shops do not.. Thank You Rock River for getting my boy on the track!

You guys have done a great job overcoming all that has been presented to you. I ended up with a sick FJR1300 (Google it for those reading this who may not know what it is) (sick=excellent for those few). Things happen and you have been willing to work with me throughout.
