HDM Towing & Truck Center

I don't like giving 5 stars based off one visit but they literally made a bad day, ok. Most truck stops have lines of trucks to get to, same as this one but they took the time to help me make an appt I was running late to. 😅. While there also I saw them help an elderly lady who caught a flat even though they dont repair cars. That speaks highly on character to me which most businesses overlook , the opportunity to help others when they dont have to. Thank you for your services ill be sure to stop by for repairs any chance i get when in the area.

In the 4 years in this trucking business, I've never had a awesome efficient, and quality driven mechanic like Mike. He was the best and I will definitely use their services again if ever needed hands down.

Was grounded with an air leak that prevented my tanks from filling. Needed a tow and repair. After a half dozen calls and the typical repair shop roadblocks, I was recommended to HDM. My day suddenly got a whole heck of a lot brighter.

Linda handled my front desk call. She listened and didn't shut me down. She opened doors and provided solutions to get me towed and into the shop. Keegan, the young lad who handles his wrecker like a pro made a 40 minute drive feel like 5. Jim, the mechanic, jumped right on the issue and had it figured out in no time. Carleton, the shop boss, was friendly enough and really enjoyed the extra attention I gave him.

The facility is conveniently located near a truck stop and a hotel just steps away. Don't expect much from the hotel, but if you need an overnight it's good for a shower and a bed.

Real folks that actually care about helping to keep us drivers rolling and safe. Hats off to all you superstars at HDM.

I was stuck at the Pine Cone Travel Center in Johnson Creek with a bad starter which had been replaced by another company a month prior. All I needed was someone to come out, air me up, and give me tug. Was recommended to HDM. I was blocking one of the diesel pumps. The nice lady said someone would be here in 30 minutes. I think Mike got here in 13 minutes! He got me all hooked and aired up, but thought he could jump the solenoid, and it worked. The problem was that it wasn't engaging the flywheel. He didn't have to do that, but I thank him for doing it, because it proved that the previous company either installed a defective starter, or didn't hook it up correctly. Mike, you are awesome! And thank you for going over and above!! I will not hesitate to call HDM in the future.

A few weeks ago, I was pulling an oversize/overweight load that required me to pull flip my axle down on my trailer. Due to a lack of use and a slow leak, one of the tires had come off the bead and needed to be reseated in order to inflate it to the proper pressure.

I called many tire shops and repair centers, just to be told “we don’t do tires”, “4-6 hour wait”, or my favorite: “that tire must be bad, you’re gonna have to buy a new one”.

By sheer luck, I was recommended these fine folks at HDM and after a few calls with the very nice lady at the front desk, she told me to come on down and skip the line, if all I needed was a simple bead reseating.

I pulled up to the shop, was greeted by the main tech and was on my way in less than 10 minutes instead of 4-6 hours. The best part? They didn’t even want my money, but instead told me to have a safe trip and have a good day.

It’s been almost a month and that “bad” tire is still holding the same air pressure.
