We are so pleased with the services provided by Jensen. They have done all our annual furnace check ups ever since we moved to our Lake Mills home in 2002. When our old antique furnace finally expired in April of 2019, Jensen installed a new one. They have fixed miscellaneous issues over the years. Most recently, they installed a new sink, faucet and toilet as part of our bathroom remodel. The expertise and professionalism displayed by Jay and Jake is awesome. We are very satisfied.

It was time for a new boiler so Kenny found me one & Kyle, Troy, Noah & Nate installed it, which included bleeding my antique cast iron radiators. They did a great job. Very impressed. Thanks. (-Lisa on Mulberry st). I’ve used Jensen for plumbing also. Great work.

In early October Jensen installed a new heating system, including all duct work, in our 100+ yr old house. My first impression came from my interaction with Kenny, whom did the assessment, determined the quote, and coordinated the work. He worked to ensure all needs were met and our questions were answered. He never came off pushy, and was a down to earth kind decent guy that I liked from the start. Then the team arrived. Kyle, Nate, Noah, and Troy were on site multiple days configuring the new system. They were all so professional, but it was their work ethic that caught my attention most. They worked so hard, I cant recall ever seeing them take a break. They worked great together, collaborating with each other and strategizing the next steps. Kyle & Nate were there most often…. and found myself happy to see them each day. I gained a trust and fondness for them…. it was really a little sad to see them go. Jensen, you should be proud…. you have an amazing team. I hang down recommend them!

New furnace, A/C and whole house dehumidifier. Kenny was very courteous & knowledgeable, his information & proposal were extremely helpful & easy to understand. Installers Nate, Kyle & Noah were stellar. Incredibly polite and respectful as well as very knowledgeable. Excellent job including everything fastened very neatly. Absolutely everything tested & cleaned up before leaving. Made sure that we understood how to use the smart thermostat, answered all questions and ensured that we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

Jensen installed our Heating and A/C in 1992. On a recent check up I was advised it needed replacing. No worries, I got my moneys worth after almost 30 years. I worked with Kenny on the project, came up with best models for our home, then Kenny had Troy and Kyle come out and in one 8 hour day they installed both, they work great and look great. They tested it all out and made sure all was OK before leaving. I am the son of a tradesman, they worked hard and took care of business, very impressive. They even cleaned up after themselves, (see pictures). Just super. If you need work done like this call Jensen, then ask for Kenny, Troy, and Kyle ! You will spend a little more with Jensen but worth every penny. One of the smartest moves I've done in a long time.
