(January 18, 2019, 10:09 am)Staying here since 2016. Spent months looking for the right apartment. Regal Pointe stood out with its nice layout and spacious 2-car attached garage. It's a huge plus that it is located in one of the city's safest neighborhood. Schools within its boundary are great schools. Close also to shops and nearby cities. Property well-maintained, staff responsive. I just wish they have 3 beds.
(May 29, 2018, 2:50 pm)I lived @ Regal Point for 3 years. It was one of the best apartments/condos I have ever stayed in. Its walking distance to so many grocery stores and restaurants. It was one of the most convenient places for anything. Staff is great and helpful.
(April 14, 2017, 10:25 am)We loved our Regal Pointe apartment. We lived in a two bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor apartment with a 2 car extended attached garage below. It was so spacious and perfect for us. I loved the balcony and the private master bathroom. Closet space was fantastic. The only negatives I have to say about Regal Pointe was that there was no pool. There was not much guest parking space and also, it is very hard to get in touch with someone in the office. Overall, our neighbors at the time were quiet and friendly. The only negative in that sense was that one neighbor had a dog that barked a lot.
Other than that, great experience and we highly recommend.
