(February 3, 2019, 7:49 pm)Usually better than today. Not a single employee asked if we needed help. We had about 10 employees walk passed us while looking at tools, electrical, lighting, and paint. I would still recommend, just a bad day for them I guess
(January 19, 2019, 10:03 pm)I came into menards to get all the lighting in my house.(14 fixtures) Pedro in lighting was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient and had a great personality as well. Pedro is why I gave this store a five. If I were to rate the manager on or the checkout people I would rate much lower. The manager was grumpy, nasty and just plain rude. It seemed like she hated her job. Give Pedro a raise. He is the only reason why I would continue to shop at your store
(December 23, 2018, 8:15 pm)Always enjoy the deals at Menards. Wish the app worked better. It used to work well, hardly works at all since the last update. The app used to be better at directing me to what I want in the store than the staff; now it's hot or miss with both.
