(November 8, 2018, 12:29 am)We bought our daughter a clarinet and one of the finger valves wasn't working properly. We brought it back and the guy said they would fix it for no charge, but it would take a week. Within a week, it was in perfect working condition. Didn't pull the 'buyer beware' card, didn't ask us if we broke it, or charge us for the repair. Excellent customer service.

(August 31, 2018, 10:44 pm)Ill spare the details... I purchased something from them. Turns out it had some issues. Called and explained the situation and went back in. Danny was real cool and made me happy in the end. Even though my purchase didnt happen I gave them 5 stars because my experience was as good as it possibly could been and not their fault.

I recently bought a few things from there and before I made my purchase I asked quite of few questions about the the items and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. I know I'll be going back soon.
