The office is clean and well laid out with a friendly open feel. The receptionist was professional and kind.
Becca was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated her skill at performing the tests and helping me understand my hearing loss. She gave me the information I needed to make the right choice in choosing my hearing aids.

I had used another product for several years and never found them to work very well. I gave up using them much to my wife's dismay. I heard (ha) about the new phone and music connect and if it worked it would be great. Well it did, and i could not be anymore pleased with the new units. The office in Kenosha is great. Very little wait to get them adjusted as i would like. Great staff full five stars.

These folks are Very courteous and professional. I even brought my mom to Connect Hearing, and she has dementia, besides the hearing problem, but the folks at Connect Hearing we're very considerate to my mother also.
