My last trip was amazing because I wanted to buy a pair of Jordan but they had one pair with minor stain on them and ended up taking them home at 50% off. Bought another pair of Nike air max they only carry online for $120 but the staff helping me out discounted them for $70 and got them shipped to my address for free. “OUTSTANDING!! Management and front desk staff member went above and beyond when we needed emergency help for our daughter. She was greeted with a smile along with the warm cookies, goodie bag and coupon for breakfast. Once in her room she was contacted by the front desk to be sure she was OK. The same front desk staff member contacted us to let us know she had arrived safely and was in her room. We had to contact management before she could arrive at the hotel and we received a response from him within 10 minutes of our inquiry. DoubleTree came through for us in a big way - DEFINITELY will be staying here again in the future!!”
