I contacted Liberty Heating and Cooling guys on a Monday morning since my furnace malfunctioned. I was pleased that technician Jimmy was was able to come out to my home in the evening. He diagnosed the problem in two minutes and was able to fix it easily. Thank you so much, we are now able to live in a warm house and have no worries of it breaking again any soon! A five stars well earned!
All through, Jim was very engaging, professional and good at what he was doing. I would say he must be rich of knowledge and skill in the job he was doing. I had him couple of weeks ago at my home to repair my heater which had broken down due to a short circuit. I hardly knew how it should be maintained and I bet it could have been the reason as to why it broke down. His arrival time was good, as scheduled and he looked set for the job. He looked at the heater, inspected it and did the repair as he took me through all the steps so as to understand it. The job was perfectly done and I was impressed by what he did for me. thank you Liberty Heating and Cooling for being a caring partner.
Liberty Heating and Cooling came through for me on my emergency call for no heat..Luckily I was able to get a new heating unit and hot water heater installed the day before Thanksgiving. The entire experience was a smooth deal with no worries all the way down to the financing. The installation team did an outstanding job. It is truly one smartest looking installs I have ever seen.
Jim did a great job on the servicing and repair of our furnace. He was very attentive to the issues I raised and did an excellent job. He knew exactly what was needed to repair a moisture issue inside the furnace and greatly improved a noise issue with the air flow from the furnace. He listened to what I needed carefully and spent the time needed to resolve the problems. Great job!
