I reached out to Mike because I wanted to upgrade to a steam shower. Not only did he call me back but he showed up when he said he would! Lately that in itself is amazing. He explained what the project would be, gave me great referrals for the other trades people I was going to need and got back to me with the quote for his portion extremely fast. He has completed his part of the install and not one dime over the estimate! It's refreshing to know there are still skill trades people out there that actually do what they say will. I have had Dunham Plumbing here for quite a few different jobs in the past couple months. There is no doubt that I would never call anyone else to do work in my home. He has installed 4 toilets, a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink for me and the work is amazing. Mike is great to work with and always goes out of his way to help with extra things if needed. Turned 20th Century galvanized pipe in my 1923 house into 21st Century pex like they were ringing a bell. Mike has a good working relationship with the city; when we unexpectedly needed them, they were very accommodating to him personally.
