I need wisdom teeth pulled and they were very helpful in getting me referred to a surgeon that will meet my specific needs. The consultation treatment coordinator Keri was great from beginning to end, she was thorough in answering all my questions and made me feel that I'd be truly taken care of and receive the best of care. In dealing with appointments and/or making changes to appointments patient care coordinator Amy has been extremely accommodating and helpful every time. “I was part of "the process" at Dr. Kozak's clinic. It was for lack of another word...AMAZING! I know many of you will say how is that possible at a ortho place. Well when you walk in you are met by some of the most beautiful women in Kenosha!! Yes, 99 % of the employees are women. However, that's not it THERE INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!! You walk in and it's like family. Everyone is smiling and even on rainy days there's sunshine in Dr. (Kool) Kozak's office. I was there for over 4 years (braces) and there was not one day where I had an appointment or a procedure where it was not enjoyable. Each employee there is equally ready and perform their task incredibly well. Each beautiful lady was freindly, intelligent and knew their craft and Dr. Kool was at the helm of this amazing well oiled machine. From paper and processing which is handle by the incredible Keri Sandberg (Special K) to the front desk manned by Amy "Bling, Bling" and Mindy "the Meticulous" right to the dentist chair by Casey "Casey Love". They all work together for one common cause, your happiness and their finest work...your smile. So go for the most professional experience to be had, but make sure you absorb the atmosphere where you truly will walk out with a grade "A" smile.”
