“We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with most aspects of this hotel. The property is at a wonderful location with restaurants and activities in walking distance. The building is older and could use updates, but is nicely maintained and felt safe. The room was clean and had the standard amenities to include microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The bed was comfortable, and contrary to another review I read, the sheets and other bedding was in good condition. I would recommend that housekeeping invest in a new vacuum. The carpet is clean, but the tile could be done better. The window is caulked shut and could not be opened despite the design to be opened. I like fresh air and would have appreciated the option to open the window in the evening. Parking is a little funky and the entrances to the building are not convenient for rooms on all sides of the building. Smokers gather and smoke at front entrance which is unpleasant for none smokers who enter the building. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.”

“Heather and Chris were absolutely amazing! They fit us in in a pinch, gave honest but kind opinions when trying on glasses, made sure we were very well taken care of, and were speedy when getting our glasses ready as we were in a hurry. We lost our glasses in a lake so we needed them asap. They made personal connections and make you feel like you are in great hands (because you are)! They were able to ship to Denver since we were visiting from out of town, which was great. Overall 10/10 experience! Definitely would recommend this place.”

“We stopped in at Culver’s in Kenosha at the advice of Wisconsin locals (we are from Vancouver BC Canada). We ordered the deep fried 10 piece shrimp fries and drink combo, cheese burger deluxe combo, chicken strips and fries combo and a wild-cherry concrete mixer. WOW! So delicious - everything! We were all impressed - fresh veggies on the burger - lettuce tomatoe pickle onion - everything served piping hot. Sure - the shrimp was a little greasy but totally expected. Choice of dipping sauces. Our server was a delight, friendly and helpful. We paid, given a table number, went outside in their clean outdoor sitting area and food served within minutes. What I thought was really adorable was all their cute marketing signage on all their products. We arrived in the heart of the lunch rush 1pm on Sunday July 3. Super happy we stopped in and would go back. The burger reminded me of a smash burger - so yummy and NOT greasy, it was also fully cooked!”
