Brown Deer Public Library

Nice modern library, but lower level where adult books were had a sticky floor as they are in the process of replacing the flooring

Very lovely place! The only one that had the book I’ve been looking for in order to write my research paper. The kid’s section was also pretty nice, it kept my little sibling occupied while I looked for books.

The "new" library is wonderful. More room to spread out, great interior design and ample seating, a dedicated children's area, helpful staff, automated check out with a library card. Now with an additional floor you can read, study or work while looking out over the surrounding area. Plug-ins for phones and laptops are readily available.
And the many programs and activities for take home is a bonus.
It's a great place to get away from it all and escape the daily grind
I've waited awhile to post a review on this library to get a feeling for it and how it works for me and I'm favorably impressed.
