(September 11, 2019, 9:34 am)My wife and I had a great time watching the Saints win on Monday night Football. The burgers and fries are great. I had a double cheeseburger and the wife had ultimate grilled cheese. Drink and food prices are very reasonable.
(June 25, 2019, 11:48 pm)I bet if you live around here everyone knows your name at this place. Walking in from my west coast perspective this place had it all: a lively atmosphere, plenty of laughter but even some guy working on his laptop (no it wasn't me!). Jokes aside, loved the food, the service was great (thanks Skyler for the recommendations!) and it was all reasonably priced. Sometimes we roll the dice when we are out of our element, this place delivered and I was really glad it was close to where I was staying. I wish I would have taken a picture of the food but I was too busy making it disappear.
(May 17, 2019, 9:26 pm)Went to Lake side Pub for fish fry! Had clam chowder, very good, fried cod dinner, coleslaw, rye bread, fries, 3 nice size pieces of cod. Food was very good, service was great, quick, pleasant! Will go back to try brisket sandwich or smoked chicken dinner. Heard the hamburgers are also very good! Very nice place!
(April 12, 2019, 9:25 am)The server Jessica was amazing. Super good with my son and checked on us at all the right times. The food was awesome, and doesnt hurt that it was happy hour which I didn't know so the bill was an awesome surprise. We will be back!
Perfect for dinner with my son and then drinks at night with my SO.
(February 23, 2019, 5:10 pm)Stopped for Friday fish fry and was not crowded, but it should have been. Five fish choices; my wife chose baked cod and I had fried bluegill. Both were good. Tartar sauce and coleslaw were average. Rye bread was above average. Potato pancakes were excellent. Service was good and not overbearing. Atmosphere is casual and unpretentious. We'll be back to try some other menu items, like smoked brisket.
