Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The best! Stopped today for emission testing. They tested, renewed my plates and gave me a 2020 sticker. All that in less 15 minutes. Much more efficient than the State ever was!

Tried a Valvoline for the first time off Packard and had a great experience. Although the oil change is a little pricier than shops like Meineke, it was completely worth it for the speed of service, the convenience of staying in the car, and the friendliness of the employees who conversed with me throughout the safety inspection and oil change. Andrew did a stellar job checking out my car and answering questions, and even covered my new rear brake light since they forgot to add it to the invoice. Cannot speak highly enough of this location and would highly recommend.

Full synthetic oil, oil filter, and air filter installed for $115. Included tire pressure check/fill, battery test, wiper fluid top-off, wiper check, and driving lights check for free. The cost for parts alone off the shelf would’ve been $70, so $115 for service in 30 minutes without an appointment wasn’t all that bad. The guys on the floor were quick and communicated well.

I go out of my way to get my oil changed here because the staff is talented, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. They will inform/educate you about other services they offer, but without the near harassment you get from other oil change places. This along with their knowledgeable and personable staff makes for the loyal following and 5 star reviews.

I take both my cars here and the service is great every single time. Andrew is always friendly and more than willing to explain everything to me, which I appreciate! Always will come here for maintenance.
