(August 2, 2019, 1:35 pm)Always a pleasure to deal with Boucher VW of Franklin. I recently purchased my fourth vehicle from Jamal Jackson. Jamal makes the transition of test driving, trading-in and purchasing a car painless. No pressure and total honesty.
Phil Bergman, the financial manager, made the paperwork painless as well. Boucher has a well-oiled machine to get you in and out.
I had an appointment at 6pm, had my car appraised, completed paperwork and was on my way by 9pm. Lightning fast compared to other dealers I've used.
I highly recommend Jamal and the Boucher VW Franklin branch. 5 stars all day.

(June 19, 2019, 5:46 pm)I was very pleasantly surprised regarding my first visit to this dealership. Sam greeted me when I walked in the door. I had a very specific idea of which car I wanted to purchase. Sam made sure I was completely thrilled with my choice by allowing me to test drive two other vehicles so I could rule them out. Sam is kind, patient and very knowledgeable about VW products. And, he’s a great guy! I really enjoyed working with him and I’m really happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealer and this representative. You will not be disappointed.
(June 12, 2019, 8:17 pm)My salesperson was Sam. I came in 1 evening back in April after getting off of work just casually looking. Sam came out onto the lot and met me, found out what I was interested in and helpfully directed me in the right direction. We took a car out for a test drive and then I made my decision...to come back the next day. I returned the next afternoon, did the paperwork and we were good to go. Except for 1 thing, I was solo, with no one to drive the new car home for me. And in steps Sam. He drove the new car to my house for me, following me home. NOW THAT'S SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I'd have to say the whole experience was very laid back and straight forward. No pushy sales person with him. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in any sector.
