The manager Aaron is always super helpful and knowledgeable!
I went to this store to hopefully lower the monthly bill. The Manager, Aaron was so helpful. I walked out of there with an upgrade on my phone AND I am saving money on my monthly bill now. While waiting for my new phone to update, etc. Aaron played great music and was a pleasure to talk to... my advice is to go see Aaron at the Sprint store. Thank you Aaron!
We were verizon customers for 20 years. verizon did not have any deals for there customers. We went to Verizon and were instantly greeted by Aaron the store manager explained our situation and answered all of our questions. We also worked with Antonio and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the deals coming up. We also worked with Taly and she was very nice. we came in today and bought 3 new phones and a sprint drive for the car. We got such a good deal and we were 100% satisfied.

Let me start with saying Adam and Kevin “THE” Mick are top notch when it comes to customer service. As someone who has been in customer service for 20+ years it is such a relief and joy to know that there are still those rare individuals that adhere to such high standard of integrity in the field. These two young gentlemen went above and beyond to provide my husband and I with everything and anything they could offer during our time in the store. We were on the brink of canceling service with Sprint and moving on to a new chapter of the epic battle with wireless providers. They single handily brought us back and saved the fading loyalty we had with Sprint. Adam and Kevin are an indisposable asset to Sprint and should be treated as such. This is the store to go to when needing ANY assistance with devices or services through Sprint. Thank you Sprint for employing such amazing young men! Customer Service in the corporate level needs to step up and to take notes because the call center is one big frustrating headache!
Also I have always been an Android user and now own an Apple. I have yet to drink the kool aid as this is a shock to my Android loving heart.
