I truly look forward to working out there! Not to mention 30 minutes and i am done with an amazing workout! Laura and her team are top notch!
(October 9, 2018, 3:05 pm)This is the best work out! I have been a runner for years and needed something different. I was immediately addicted and started seeing results within a few weeks. The staff is great, they are with you at every station coaching and keeping you motivated. It is a full body workout and fun at the same time. I highly recommend 9Round in Franklin!
(September 18, 2018, 10:50 am)I love that there are no class times. I just show up and get started, and 30 minutes later I leave dripping with sweat! The workout is different every day and very challenging. There is always a trainer on site to give direction, encouragement and workout modifications.
