(March 31, 2018, 6:37 am)Our family has been humbled by the kindness of Funeral Directors Erin and Megan as we prepared for the funeral of our Grandfather.
Coordinating with a funeral palor in California, the customer service, empathy, and professionalism of these two ladies and their supporting team has been amplified in comparison with what the west coast business offered. Not only against the other business, but above par with what I expect from a business of any industry; they are superstars.
I can't imagine finding empathetic employees with such high levels of autonomous thinking, who are capable of performing in a sad environment, can be easy to come by. I hope Max A Sass will please recognize these two. We will recognize them by planning our family funerals with you all for years to come.
Max A Sass in Franklin has been expedient and thorough. They communicate clearly and not only set, but exceed their own high expectations.
