They were awesome! We needed to get help for my mom urgently (like 4 days in the future) and they scrambled to get us in and find caregivers for an entire weekend. My mom said she liked the caregivers. After that, they accomodated our weird schedule. Very nice people.

I want to thank Greg Davis, Assisting Hands and the staff who are helping my Aunt! We needed an agency badly until my Aunt would be accepted into a long term facility.
Assisting Hands came to our aid. They have been willing to work with us in all areas of my Aunt's needs... Social, financial, and daily caregiving chores. I have found this agency to be professional and dependable and would highly recommend them to anyone. This is my conclusion after trying many other agencies and private care.

I highly recommend Assisting Hands of Southwest Milwaukee. We started with help during the week, and the care was exceptional. Then, we ran into some trouble and needed overnight help, and they were able to respond quickly. They have a supervisor, Lara for us, who has so much experience she was able to make suggestions that helped us really keep our 93 year old dad comfortable. And Lauren, who cared for dad every day, was not only professional but had an attitude that made all of us feel good in a difficult situation. Flexible, skilled, sensitive, cheerful, everything we could hope for. If you are reading this, I suspect -- like us -- you are looking for excellent care for an elderly loved one, and needed relief from the stress of providing 24/7 care. Had another company for 4 days, one day left early and one day no show. Called Greg in a panic as care needed next day. He listened to our needs and shortly called back with an option. All of the coordination was seamlessly accomplished and new caregiver reported next day on time. Caregiver (Jada) was warm, friendly and wonderfully received by all involved! SOOO very impressed. My daddy is my rock and my hero and to know he and mom have warm and reliable care during the day is a tremendous relief..... PLEASE KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK you do for loving families!
