I am so grateful I had Kristen as my therapist. She gave me excellent care by being thorough, patient, & encouraging. She not only helped me to get moving physically, but emotionally as well. She listened, observed, & challenged me. After several months of hard work at therapy, I was back to walking without assistance. She took a really stressful part of my life & made it better. Kristin is the most caring and devoted physical therapist I ever went to. I am having fantastic results with the exercises she has given me to do daily at home. She knows exactly what exercises Dr. Heinrich wants for his patients. I had heel spur removal and achillies tendon repair surgery. 6 weeks post op I was scared to start therapy because of the tenderness & pain around the incision/scar. But Kristin is amazing. She explained that I was the perfect candidate for Astym and assured me of how much it would help. She was excited to get started and now I am the one excited with my progress! I felt a difference after just the first visit! Now I’m walking and navigating steps with more confidence. Range of motion is improving and pain is almost totally gone. She’s educated, professional and makes therapy enjoyable. 5 stars well deserved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
