Tim was very pleasant and efficient. He explained everything to me. He was able to clean and tune up my older furnace. I am going to ask for him in Spring when my central air needs cleaning, etc. Wonderful tech and very reasonable prices. This will be my go-to business in the future!

Tim is professional. He knows the A/C system he tuned up, was pleasant to deal with, used his time efficiently, and was effective at mentoring the apprentice who accompanied him on the service call. The real-time invoicing and e-mailing the receipt to me via his tablet was efficient and welcome.

Jay has been our service man for several years now. He is always upbeat, friendly, really knows his stuff. Also Jay is able to service our barn propane furnace which is not a common type of furnace. I highly recommend him.

Great response time, fast repair of furnace draft blower. Only thing I didn't like was the price of the part. They charged $600 for a part that I could have bought for $150 online, but when you're in pinch I guess you pay for the great service??
