Josh is an exemplary employee and a staple to the franklin Kwik Trip, his razor sharp wit and emended knowledge of all things quick trip keep me coming back. He is a golden example of extraordinary customer service and relations.
(July 12, 2018, 11:08 am)Great service! Our tire went flat late at night and we couldn't get the lug nuts off. After numerous attempts and dealing with two overtired toddlers, Mitch offered to give my husband a ride home to get his tools saving us a lot of time and stress. Thank you!
(April 30, 2018, 11:44 am)Kwik trips in general are usually a cut above any other gas station as far as cleanliness, food quality, and service, and this location is no exception. I was in there today and in a bit of a hurry and noticed a large line had developed. Like clock work, employees filed in out of nowhere like Persians in the movie 300. The customers didn't stand a chance...... I was in and out in 2 minutes.
(March 23, 2018, 7:46 pm)I have visited this location a few times now, mainly for car washes. It is very convenient as it is right down the road from Hiller Ford where I get my car worked on.
I also have stopped in quick to pick up odds and ends inside. They usually have whatever I am looking for, and the staff are very friendly and helpful!
