Coventry Apartments

Just recently moved in, but the property management team made the application and move in process nice and easy. They were quick to respond and helpful answering all my questions. I am very impressed with how clean and move in ready the apartment was. I'm very happy with my choice!

Quick response to emails. Staff is friendly and matinenace is super attentive. There have been management changes that have led to some policy confusion but with some communication it has been easily worked through and the new team is really working for a well rounded living environment. The new team does go out of their way to help and make sure all residents are satisfied. We have loved living at this complex because the amenities are very nice and it is in a safer location. I would say it is one of the nicer apartment complexes in Milwaukee. They even just started a Pooprints program to make sure that the poo from dogs gets picked up for a safe and friendly environment.

From our very first phone call inquiring about apartment availability months ago, to move in day, and now as tenants, the staff here has been amazing. Elijah is incredibly responsive and timely with any requests or questions we've had. The residents are inviting and friendly. Our family absolutely loves the amenities, such as the fitness center, the pool and the outdoor patio areas designated for grilling. We couldn't have picked a better property in a better neighborhood.

I live here since 3 months. I enjoy living here.
1. Property managers are always helpful. Maintenance request is resolve in time.
2. Apartment is secured, no one can enter in the building without the keys.
3. Basement parking keeps cars warm in winters.
4. Gym equipment's are in working condition and well maintained.
5. Free wifi in Gym and community room.
6. Enjoy car wash station (wash/vaccum) in the basement.

Few Issues:
1. The school bus does not come inside the community, so my kid has to go on the main road to pick the bus. Waiting for the bus in winters is difficult to bear. No problem if you are dropping to school by car.
2. No play area for kids.
3. No tennis court (I came from florida here, and I miss it. In Florida, tennis court is normal in all communities.)
4. Indian store is at distance (7.8 miles, only problem if you are looking for Indian Store.)

Will update you next on security deposit refund when leaving this community....at the end of my agreement.
