(August 15, 2019, 9:39 pm)Service excellent and the ladies are awesome too see after they fitted my glasses on my face. And too look through the new glasses to see s pretty face smiling back at me was outstanding. Don't know what the other people was saying bad things about my insurance is outstanding do I was not looking on the bathroom discount area. And purchase to pairs for myself and two for my little girl. With insurance at a discount for the higher end frames was under 500.00 . So same up mover over from the cheaper frames and just because it says discount frames they do have some higher end products. And just maybe treat the service people with respect and they will return the respect too you. Oh I'm going back tomorrow for new frames.
(May 7, 2019, 7:18 pm)I've gotten glasses for myself here several times and always been happy with the eye exam, fitting, variety of frames offered, knowledge of staff, and especially the price point! I recently attempted to get frames for my 2 yr old here as well. Though all the above mentioned qualities were just as good through his experience, his glasses were ultimately not approved by his eye doctor. They were metal frames instead of the plastic/rubbery toddler glasses. That however is my fault, not America's Best. They returned the frames without issue. Thankful they graciously helped me fix my mistake. Would definately reccomend America's Best for older children and adults!
(March 19, 2019, 10:52 pm)Once my exams were done, Samantha, my technician, spent great care and thoroughness in helping me choose frames. Listen, my eye sight is horrible. I was shopping alone. I asked her to take a photo of me with each set of possible frames, with my phone camera, and she assisted in narrowing down 26 frames to the 2 I purchased. She has an expert eye and her comments were spot on. Thank you Samantha!
