“WOW. Vicki at the Beauty counter was sooo nice and helpful! During this pandemic, it’s easy to forget about customer service and the goal is to just get in and out of stores... but that was not the case at this Walgreens store #04556. I was in here today for some hair color, but I did not really know which shade to get. Vicki helped me all the way though the process. She even made sure I had the right tools like a brush and a mixing bowl. She asked me if I knew about the promotion, buy 2 get the 3rd free, so I would get the accessories free with the purchase of both hair dyes! Yes! Also, she rang me out at the counter, and checked for any points I could use with my card and even signed me up for the beauty club! So now I got an additional 5000 points today and she even gave me some free trial beauty items! VICKI, THANK YOU for your wonderful customer service today. You made me want to keep coming back just for you!”

“Dr. Montalbo and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Montalbo has been seeing me for well over 8 years. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and always using his detective skills to find what truly is happening! He spends more time with me than most doctors these days do. He makes sure your up to date on any vaccinations and has helped me for years with my necessary travel medications. He’s compassionate and has a fun upbeat personality! His nurses are fantastic as well. They go the extra mile and always have something interesting to say! Thank you for all your years of care!”

“UPDATE: Now under new management, will have to wait and see if things change. I hope and pray not - especially if they lose good staff or change the residents' care and activities. This is the only facility my mother has ever been in that felt 'home-y'. The staff is caring, compassionate and treats the residents like family. I tell my mom it's like a big house with a bunch of elderly people as one big family. She is not in the main building, she is in the west building, which is smaller and has less residents, which works well for her. It is not overwhelming, it's very comfortable and this is the first place my mom has liked and actually thrived in. Every time I am there, I see the residents in the livingroom, dining room, hallways, front sitting area where the fish tank is - in other facilities, you don't always see the residents out and about so much. She has made friends with residents, which is hard for her, she is very shy and tends to keep to herself. Her room is bright and sunny and spacious, she likes the meals and activities, and most important, the staff is so good to her. It was definitely the right choice for my mom, who has a lot of anxiety normally and is very anxious about new settings and new things. They have made her feel comfortable and safe and cared about. They work with her quirks and encourage her to get involved. When I was touring the facility, I was impressed by how many residents stopped my tour guide and said hi, a couple even said, "we love her!" - how often do you see that? I am so happy we made the choice to have mom live there - I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a place for an elderly relative to check them out.”
