Falcon Glen Apartments

Overall very nice apartment community .
Love the location, seems to be 10-15 minutes from cities and frequented areas. Staff is kind, and maintenance responds very quick to any issues you may have. It is very clean with several amenities. It feels very safe here. You could leave a million dollars in your car seat and it it’ll be there in the morning. This apartment feels like a condo for sure!

I’ve been living in this community almost 3 years and don’t have one complaint about anything. The area has only gotten better. I feel very safe living here. The staff has always been so helpful and the maintenance is always very responsive and fast when it comes to services. The community is always kept well clean. It’s so beautiful in the summer time with how they keep up with the flowers, grass and trees. I love this community and happy to be a resident.

We were drawn to Falcon Glen by the curb appeal of the buildings, beautiful grounds and a safe neighborhood. Love the location to stores, restaurants and the freeway. We sold our house to downsize. First rented a Coach condo style apartment, which was very nice. When an Estate apartment opened, we decided to move to the larger unit, staying with Falcon Glen. The office staff-Sam, Sarah and Michaela are so very friendly. They answer and follow through with any concerns we have. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The maintenance staff- Jesse, Sam and Lenny are very professional and friendly. When a work order is submitted, it is completed within a reasonable time frame, at times-the same day. Always, an excellent job. Can’t say enough good things about Falcon Glen.

Beautifully kept grounds and great staff. We ended up choosing Falcon Glen as our home on a fluke. We had our eye on another wimmer property that shared the pool and workout facility with Falcon Glen. Immediately as we drove into Falcon Glen I assumed they were condos. I quickly asked Sam if we could see a unit once he told me they were rentals. He had an upper available vacant to show us that we fell in love with the layout and the space. The cathedral ceilings on the second floor units are stunning. Decent size garage and driveway parking. We had our first snowfall of the year last night and crews were there to clear sidewalks and driveways which to me is a huge plus! There are other families in this complex with kids my kids ages which is a great perk. Looking forward to pool season so we can fully enjoy all the perks FG has to offer. The turnaround time for the two service requests I have entered has been same day completion. I love that I am able to communicate with the staff via email as well as I am often not able to make phone calls during the day. The only down side to FG is that you really can hear your neighbors and the walls and floors seem to be thin. If it was not for me having an awesome downstairs neighbor and having exchanged numbers upon our move in it might be a different story. She will text me if my kids are being to loud and I will text her to warn if we are having play dates and if things might get loud. Communication with your neighbors makes a big difference when apartment living. Overall we love Falcon glen so far and love that we can walk to the WAC and my kids loved all the candy they got going door to door within the Falcon Glen complex :) Big shout out to Sam for always being helpful, informative and flexible when needed.

Falcon Glen is a great place to live. The staff is incredible, Linsey, Sam and Brenna are always outstanding with resident concerns and communication. Maintenance is truly incredible I couldn't ask for two better guys! The neighborhood is safe, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The only negative comment I could say is parking could be a little better throughout the property. Thank you for making my home the best it can be!
