(July 5, 2020, 3:07 pm)My mom and I arrived to Meijer’s to grocery shop and my mom suggested I could get a hair cut while she shopped, as Great Clips didn’t seem to busy. I asked if I would be able to get a cut and Kim took me in right away! I got several inches off and my hair thinned out, and I feel so much better! Thank you for being flexible and taking me in, Kim! Amazing prices and great customer service. I will be back!
(May 25, 2020, 11:27 pm)Omg who would have known that my favorite cut would be at great clips ! Rick was amazing in his presence and in his ability to cut. I seriously always went to high end places but this experience has changed my mind. Friendly staff and I'd rather give a good tip on a budget friendly cut than to pay high price for a name tag of a place. I'm no longer going anywhere else. Thanks much for fixing what I walked in with. Love it!
(February 29, 2020, 5:01 pm)Went to Great Clips in Meijer store in Greenfield Wi as a walk-in for my 6yr old grandson and met Kim. She explained she was all alone because the associate who was scheduled with her for the day up and left. Kim explained it would be about a 30 minute wait. Well we waited and within that 30 minutes we watched Kim cut 2 customers hair and schedule 3 more walk-ins after my grandson. Kim was amazing. Kim had everything under control and all this time she was thanking the 2 customers and my grandson and myself for our patience. Kim was marvelous. Kim really had it together. Kim is a great asset to the business. Kim is definitely "Customer Service First"! Kim went above and beyond especially in the predicament she was left in. My grandson will be back cause Kim gave him a great haircut! Thanks Kim from Jeremy Lochemes and his grandma.
