“I just purchased a pair of glasses from this location, as well as had an eye exam. The doctor was very friendly, and talkative. I had initially planned on buying some glasses online (Kickstarter Campaign) but that got delayed, so I decided to go back in for glasses. They were very understanding when I told them initially that I didn't intend on purchasing a set of glasses from there, and still treated me very well. Which is why I did go back when I decided I wanted to use my insurance before the end of the year. I definitely recommend making an appointment, they are a little short-staffed, and you could wind up waiting around for a while if you don't have an appointment. If you work a normal Monday to Friday 9-5 job, this isn't the place for you, as their office hours barely extend past that time, and they have no weekend hours at this location (though I believe their Waukesha location does). Somewhat inconvenient in that manner, but if those hours work for you, I would recommend the friendly staff here. They do try to upsell you on lens coatings, and things of that nature, but are not pushy about it. I would return should I find myself in the market for another set of glasses.”
