“I have been living in this apt for 3 years and im loving it. I am deaf and it met all of my needs that are accessible such as flashing lights for doorbell, phone and main entrance so I know who's there. Its really neat to have full communication for deaf seniors. Many activities for me to join. No more loneliness for me. Please ignore Delores' comment because she didnt live there. She was a caregiver for a sweet guy. For some reason she stopped working for him. He has to go to the hospital. Delores did not return his key and stole his dog. When he returned home he was upset to learn that she wont return his dog till he pays her $1200 for the dog's gum surgery. Delores never ask him if she can do that. He was so depressed that he overdosed. Yes...he died. We, the residents were Devastated! We refused to talk to her. So that's why she rambled about many exaggerated things. Please do come and visit this beautiful apartment.”

“I recently went through the process of coming to understand that my mom needed to move within Layton Terrace (LT) from the assisted living wing to a wing that provides more staff oversight. Mom moved to her new apartment in August. I have long been uncomfortable contemplating how much I did not know about the changes mom is and will be going through at this stage of her life (she is 92 years old). Melissa, the Director of Nursing, when discussing this with me reminded me that Layton Terrace staff was not only there for mom, but was there to support me as well. It has been a great comfort to me that Melissa and Sandi (LT Executive Director) identified this needed change, brought it up gently at the proper time and helped me navigate through the personal and practical layers of this decision. Of course, the care given to our moms/dads is everyone's focus. Also important and maybe overlooked is the important point that staff recognizes and provides needed support to us all as we move with our loved ones through their changes.”

“I’m so glad that All Star Honda updated their furniture in the waiting room. Everything was clean. Also, the service people were helpful. They keep my car running nice. Hopefully they can get some sort of a shuttle running on weekends. I joined their membership points program today and am glad that I can get real benefits out of it. Also, I should talk to Honda about refinancing my SUV now that they are offering 0.0% APR on all 2019’s. This dealership seems to be stepping up their game little by little. I hope that this process continues!”

“I had never been to Meijer before this trip. I'll definitely be back! Whether I actually saved a whole bunch or not is arguable but a lot of things are definitely competitively priced. Meijer is decorated very nicely, it felt fairly upscale. The mixture of mannequin sizes for clothing was so thoughtful and you really can buy something for anyone here.”
