  I've always drove leased cars but recently bought my first used car. It's like a 14 year old car so I needed to know what needed to be fixed immediately (safety reasons) and what upcoming repairs I needed to anticipate over the next 6-12 months. Dwayne gave me a list of repairs and prioritized them so I knew what to worry about and when. He was friendly and he answered all my questions even though I could tell the shop was busy. He was very honest with his opinion and advice and I feel really good now about owning this car. I highly recommend going to REIS. They had a couple loaner cars which was a big reason I chose them.

  I am always very cautious as a young woman walking into auto centers, when I don't know much about cars at all. My experience at REIS was the best one I have ever had in a shop. Everything was very reasonably priced, service was quick and efficient, and I felt extremely respected and heard. Highly, highly recommend!

  The guys always do quality work at very reasonable prices. They are usually always able to fit me in on whatever day I request an appointment (I love the online reservation feature). They always explain the work they'll be doing for me before they do it, and they've even taken me onto the floor to show me where exactly my exhaust pipe rusted through or what was making that clunking noise in the undercarriage. They're very honest and have never tried to pressure me into an unnecessary up-sell.
  
  I especially appreciate how, whenever I have my young son with me, Duane will change the TV channel in the waiting room to play cartoons for him. I can't recommend these guys enough.
