(March 10, 2020, 5:56 pm)The young lady that help me with my purchase was very sweet and helpful. I did read a lot of reviews on Facebook that delivery charges were a lot. I have to agree with that. I purchase a 2 piece set ( sofa & loveseat) for $399 my total was $496! Almost $100 extra for taxes and delivery charges. I guess its more for the distance to deliver. However; my only issue with the set was that it came with SCREWS and not the normal pop in and twist legs for the couch. I ended up having to ask a male relative to help screw them in because it did not come with pre-holes. I do love my set but I'm not sure if I'll purchase more couches from them in the future.
Update: I just purchased the items pictured and fell in love with my sectional! I have not had the opportunity to set up my bedroom set but I hope despite the delivery drivers putting the boxes on the wrong side that nothing is damaged. The delivery and taxes was A LOT this time around ( Almost $200!!!) Overall, customer service at the store was great and I love the fact that the delivery drivers kept in contact with me upon arrival. Will I return in the future... Yes, due to nice furniture and great prices ( before the taxes and delivery charges is applied) also, their furniture does NOT have bedbugs like other furniture stores I heard about!!! I do have to admit that some reviews did say the mattress have a weird smell. I think it's the plastic that smells weird but I'll give an update once I put the bed together.
