There was a mix up with our tire instalation, it was not his fault, never the less he took the blame and made it right. He is so patient and kind with every customer. We were there for a while and there was one not so kind customer and even with her he was still so kind and polite! I was very impressed and thankful for his wonderful customer service skills!! Keep up the great work Frank you are appreciated!
