(January 25, 2020, 9:10 pm)My husband and I came in about an hour before the store closed. The employee behind the desk Holden greated us as soon as we walked in. We explained we just left another store and found what we think we wanted and Holden explained that this other store had an older model from what Mattress Firm had. I brought in a picture from the other store. Holden not only showed up the new model of what we thought we wanted and 3 other options based on what we said.
Holden was a no pressure kind of guy and I appreciate that. I decided on a mattress and base which was slightly more than my budget. Holden worked his magic and was able to get me $2 under my budget with exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to compromise anything.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends to go check out Mattress Firm and ask for Holden.

(January 21, 2020, 11:23 am)I as hesitant to go to such a big name brand store, but I was very pleasantly surprised. There was just one salesperson in the store, Deanna, and the whole experience was great! There was no pressure to buy something I did not want, and the salesperson offered very helpful advice and let me try every mattress in the store! She also arranged for the pick up of the mattress the same day from the warehouse. All my questions were answered and I really enjoyed the process. I will be recommending this store to anyone that asks. Thank you Deanna!
