(November 26, 2019, 7:43 pm)Nice area to walk and enjoy the lake view. Sidewalks up on Wahl ave are lovely. Take the ravine trails if not too muddy. There was lots of mud and downed tree limbs when I was there on the ravine trail, could stand a little maintenance.
(November 26, 2019, 3:37 pm)Beautiful historic park just east and up the hill from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Memorial Drive. One thing I realized the last time I was there that it’s a great place to park for free if you plan on heading down to the lakefront, as long as you don’t mind taking the paved, gradual trail down through the woods.
(September 9, 2019, 6:16 pm)Very well kept lighthouse. A great part of Milwaukee history. The museum inside helps with the upkeep. If you like historical sites, this will not let you down. You can climb the tower to the top of the lighthouse for an amazing view.
(July 26, 2019, 10:51 pm)I love lake park! My friends and I went for a BBQ picnic. It was just perfect. You can find a lot of picnic benches across the park. Trees and shades were just perfect. Very clean and well maintained. Ample parking space as well.
