Safe Harbor is an incredible company. I was in dire straights trying to locate a LaCie 5big case. Every store I contacted indicated that the item was discontinued. After searching the web I found Safe Harbor. The staff couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to assure me that the product was available. They arranged for a direct ship from the manufacturer and it arrived shortly thereafter. This store puts customer satisfaction as its highest priority. They are also extremely knowledgeable about all products. I highly recommend Safe Harbor and look forward to doing business with them in the future. In these days where I find myself mostly dealing with the larger suppliers for computer related purchases, it was such a pleasure to work with this company.
