MMSD Greenspace

Very large open field right up the street from the river where people can often be found playing fetch with their dogs. The property is maintained by the city but it is not a formal dog park. There are no benches, waste baskets or waste bag dispensers on the grounds so be certain to arrive prepared. The area is also completely open so if your dog is not great off leash this may not be the place for you. If your pet is well behaved and you need to burn off energy this is a great place to get in some very long throws to tired them out in a few minutes. The area is also used during the annual Riverwest 24 hour biking event where people will set up a few tents to camp for the night and cheer people on.

This is an open grassy area on a parcel owned by MMSD. Great for dog exercise!
