Because of John Ash's excellent care after surgery for a torn rotator cuff, I have full range of motion, and know what exercises to use to keep my shoulder healthy.
John Ash explains what he is doing, why, and how it helps. He knows which treatments are most effective, and is flexible enough to adjust treatments and home exercises to movements I am comfortable with.
He is attends to administering therapy at the right level and pace, and takes the time to address questions completely.
I keep meeting others who have had similar injuries, but do not know the effective movements and practices John uses. Many did not recover as well as I have, so I thought it worth my time to let others know that the physical therapy at PT first is definitely a cut above the rest.
Did I mention, the sessions are fun, too?
