(May 13, 2019, 8:56 am)My husband and I were traveling to Las Vegas and used a groupon here. The price can't be beat! However what made this trip so special was the way our driver (Dave or Steve?) helped us. It was raining cats and dogs and this poor man had a cast on his leg and he leaped out of the shuttle to pull our 3 pieces of luggage out of our trunk and put them in the shuttle. He also helped my husband Bruce who has bad pain in his knees get into the shuttle. He also noticed that my husband was wearing his Vietnam veteran baseball cap and personally thanked Bruce for his service to our country. At the end we felt bad that we could only give him some coins for a tip. He said it didn't matter because he gives the same personal service to everyone tip or not. We will definitely be back and we have already told others about this great experience.
(March 30, 2019, 2:58 pm)Awesome experience! This was my first time parking at an off-airport lot, but will use them again! Shuttles were prompt, drivers friendly and helpful, and quick trip to and from the airport.
