(February 13, 2020, 9:27 am)Love the coffee & beer at Venture!! The pour overs are always so flavorful vs. many other coffee shops in town. They seem to really get some unique coffees. Also love stopping for their beers on afternoon bike rides! Can't ask for more, great coffee, beer, service and atmosphere!!
(February 8, 2020, 9:49 pm)This place is great. I have yet to try the coffee but the beer is fantastic. The menu is currently relatively small BUT has a good variety of tasty beers. The guys running the place are lovely. Actually they are friendly weirdos and I highly suggest visiting and chatting with them.
(December 29, 2019, 10:43 am)I've only had their coffee at this point, but it's great. I really like that they offer a few different cold brew bean options rather than just one like many places.
(November 12, 2019, 8:04 am)A newer business, and seems to be improving since day 1. Beers are tasty, especially considering it's a tiny brewery. Coffee is also good. Hours are convenient--opens at 5am! The 3 owners are very person-oriented! Friendly and goofy. They have an honor system coffee bar--can pay for 2 coffees and only get one, so that another person who can't afford it could take one, or if you can't afford it next time, you've "paid ahead/paid it forward." Nice idea. Pour-over, expect a few minute wait. Sours, IPAs, porters. Slowly getting tasty pastries! Can expect a white-dominated crowd, though it is diversifying beyond just white hipsters.
One request: please do not remove the written menus. This was an idea once by staff, and I'd like to remind the staff that many persons don't do well relying on just verbal or audio accounts. I think this would be a barrier for a smaller yet real percent of the population/customers.
(September 27, 2019, 1:57 pm)Venture Brew Co is a really cool brewery that also serves as a coffee shop and bakery during the morning which is an amazing idea and I applaud them for it. I unfortunately have not had the opportunity to try their coffee but have only heard good things. They have a rotating beer list and the beers that were on the menu when I went were delicious. Really chill place to enjoy some beers. Employees are very kind.
