I have a 2001 Ford Escape with 216,000 miles on it and the transmission went bad recently. I wasn't sure if I wanted to finally junk it, or not. Dunhams gave me a good estimate and rebuilt the entire transmission exactly as they said they would. There were no surprises. They got the job done and I'm very happy with it. I've never written a review for Google before, but I'm very happy with it. They warranteed the tranny for 2 years or 24000 miles which makes me feel like I made a good decision going to Dunhams. A+
(December 14, 2016, 8:43 pm)I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on and was giving me a transmission error code. They checked everything out, reset the codes, and took it for a test ride. They said a faulty main computer may have triggered the error codes but that my transmission was fine. Total charge $0! If I do have any problems in the future they'll definitely be getting my business.
