Dr. James B. Winston, MD

I've been Jim's patient for 30 plus year's.
He was the only doctor that figured out what was wrong with me.. I had seen close to 20 doctor's before Jim, and all they did was give me pills and say when you feel the symptoms coming on take a pill.
The problem was I never knew when the symptoms were coming on my mind didn't give me any notice. When I went to Jim the first-time he listened to me and told me what I had. He was young and at first I thought he was making something up just to shut me up. I ended up in the hospital for a couple week's and Jim ran all kinds of test and the results came back saying what Jim had told me I had a chemical imbalance, depression and panic/anxiety disorder. I've been on medication since and will be for the rest of my life. If not for Jim I truly believe I would not be alive today he saved my life, just when I was going to give up.

I met Dr. Winston in 1986. He said, "you are young and intelligent and you got this". I chose to believe him and have respect for him. Many years later I still remember his kindness and competence.

Dr. Winston is an amazing Doctor. His knowledge and understanding of people, not just a manual, is something that makes him a doctor to be trusted and respected. I fear the day that he retires because he has helped me more than words can be expressed and the trust he has earned from me will be tough to replace.

Dr winston has been the most attentive pro active kindest Dr. Known to human kind. He is thorough and receptive and very helpful making sure the issues at hand were treated and had time to fix what was missing. I recommend him to anyone who needs a Dr of his expertise to folks who are sick of Drs that waste your time and are in a hurry to the next lab rat.
