Steve is AWESOME and took care of the issues with enjoyable conversation. I wish him great success with the organization. Fair terms and loved that Saturday is considered a business day rate at Blau. Will 100% return as a customer.
(October 12, 2019, 6:28 pm)We called Blau Sudden Service for a plumbing issue this morning and were very happy to find out that Saturday is treated as a work day — not billed at a weekend rate. Kyle came out and quickly diagnosed our problem, and was here and gone in an hour. Kyle is very knowledgeable and professional and we find Blau to be a quality organization. They will be the first company we call for help in the future.
(July 29, 2019, 10:13 am)Blau came over to do an A/C tune up. The technician was friendly and did a good job of explaining the work he did. Blau took over our account from Air Comfort Systems. We feel we are getting the same excellent level of service from Blau that we had experienced with ACS.
