(November 20, 2019, 8:37 pm)It is never a pleasant reason to find yourself at a auto / collision repair company. I was hit by an uninsured driver and had back pain from the accident. Though the whole hassle of the accident and dealing with my insurance company was a lot of stress, the part that was pleasant was the customer service (and welcoming puppies) when I arrived at Concour Auto Works. I was actually on my way to another place, and then called my “car guy” who I trust with everything car related and he redirected my visit to them...And thank goodness they did - all the guys working there were extremely friendly and understanding of the stress (and lots of questions) I threw their way. When I went to pick up my car when it was ready, I was sooo pleased with how my car looked brand new!! And did I mention... there is a lifetime guarantee?! That’s what I want to hear when I’m paying my insurance deductible. Thanks again to the Concour group! I would definitely recommend you all to any of my family and friends. ????????
(September 16, 2019, 11:42 am)Oh my gosh, I cannot rave about Concours Auto Works and their staff enough. They were so accommodating and friendly to work with. They put all of my concerns at ease. I did not realize going in that I had a tire that was getting low. It went completely flat while my car was getting worked on. The guys patched up the leak and made sure to tell me what happened. They even cleaned out my car ???????????? I recommend them to everyone! Great work!
