Service agents could have a better attitude towards customers, but overall they do their job well and make the shipping process clear.

We had a new driver miss our delivery because they didn't know how to get into our neighborhood, but we understood so did not fault him at all. We went to the center to pick-up instead. The driver was running really late but the customer reps were very helpful and helped us even after closing hours since we had to wait with others for the driver to return. 5 stars to the customer reps!

Teresa helped me ship some important documents today and was an absolute life saver. Her customer service was top notch and the price was less than half of what another store wanted to charge me. Thank you for being so wonderful and attentive!!! I will always come here if I need to ship documents in the future!
