My husband and I have been working with Ryan to find our first home together after he did an awesome job selling my husband's home in 2018. I was incredibly hesitant to start the home-buying process given the 2022 market and this being my first time experiencing homeownership, but Ryan did a great job of listening to our qualifiers to help us find great options. He was patient in attending multiple showings/ open houses that didn't go anywhere or that we reached out for last minute (following up himself when we went independently and we were interested), answering questions that perhaps I should know but doing so with incredible kindness, and saved us from putting offers in properties that had foundation or potential mold. Growing up in a real estate family has given him an eye of what to look for in foundations, spots on walls, etc. that's invaluable. Ryan helped us find a winner and even called to reinforce that we made the right choice by updating us on another property we were debating. In our offer process, he explained every piece to us, was never pushy, and gave genuine, honest advice when we needed it. We're incredibly happy with how things turned out and I would recommend Ryan to everyone!

We have worked with Kevin on several occasions. He assisted us with the purchase of a lot to build our home on in 2014, and to sell that home and purchase our dream home in 2021. Kevin is equal parts professional and personable. He and his team are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and worked diligently to ensure the offers we made and accepted were competitive and best for us. They also worked in coordination to ensure we could see the properties we wanted to see timely due to how quickly the market was moving.
