Staff is friendly, courteous, polite and pleasant with my loved one. They are quick to respond to concerns expressed by family members and appear to be very willing to work cooperatively with family members. The rooms are bright, welcoming and clean. There are a variety of amenities that are advantageous, including a beautiful dining hall, snack room, tv/visiting room, activities room and many more.”

“My husband and I have been going to Dr. Biscoff for over 30 years.When we moved to Grafton over 25 years ago, we continued to use her as a dentist, even though it was a bit of drive. We now live in West Bend and continue to have her as our dentist. It is well worth the drive. We both grew up being afraid to go to the dentist, it was not a pleasant experience. We knew that she would be a wonderful dentist for our children. She was and still is. They are 23 and 27 years old, have never been afraid to go to the dentist and have beautiful teeth. My husband and I have had to have a lot of dental work done over the years. ( fillings, caps and root canals) She has always been extreemly honest about the work we did and did not need and we have had excellent results.When it was something she did not do, such as root canals,she gave us excellent referrals. Her pleasant personality and the same from the rest of her staff, is an added bonus.Most of our extended family also use her as their dentist because she is so exceptional!!!”
