“So far so good. Not great but not bad service either. An all untilties unit (depending on which apartment) with internet, heat, and sometimes a flat screen TV included. I appreciate that they are willing to work with me on certain things. Lots of good options on apartments for a reasonable price. Although the rent has been raised on me they have made it clear this would happen. Had basic issues (plumbing, etc.) still they took care of it right away when informed. They keep the halls and surrounding clear. Recently they cleared the basement out and that helped with the overall cleanliness of the building. Although they charge $100 deposit. It's a good start place to save up on things or pay stuff off until time to move on.”

“My family and I absolutely LOVE the Bluemound Village Apartments! Dan and Chris, the property managers, make living here a delight. Both are extremely personable and kind, as well as caring for the property and the tenants. Whenever we need an issue resolved, they jump to help in any way they can! We all highly recommend living here, which is conveniently located near the Milwaukee Public Zoo as well as Children's Hospital.”

“Fran's place is awesome, Just South of downtown Milwaukee, Bay View still has an small town atmosphere with historic architecture, home to some very nice restaurants, shops and a beautiful park within walking distance. The condo is very spacious, warm, clean with high end bedding, you'll sleep like a baby. Frances is an energetic friendly and accommodating lady that will do everything to make your stay a happy and memorable one. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to Milwaukee.”
