(March 5, 2019, 3:31 pm)I called to see if they could take a look at my vehicle and even though they were booked, they were able to squeeze me in to take a look at it. I was there for no more than 10 minutes and they fixed the problem! Awesome customer service and they definitely knew what they were talking about! Looks like I found my new go-to-shop! I highly recommend them!
(March 1, 2019, 12:01 pm)These guys are great! There was a small mixup with scheduling during my first visit. Patty made sure to get me taken care of and owned it.
Most recently I was rotating my tires and they caught an issue from the previous place I visited for my tires. I really appreciated Patty getting in touch with me to let me know about it prior to fixing.
I’ll keep going back if this is how they do business ????????????????????????????????
(October 9, 2018, 12:15 pm)Patty is excellent. Make sure you call the number listed in this entry, not the corporate number, for scheduling. The 866 number listed on Meineke's website May schedule, but do not know the businesses inventory or workload.
The mechanics & reception are knowledgeable & friendly. Highly recommended.
