I went to this location today for the first time and I must say I was impressed with the service. The lady at the check in desk was nice and all of the other staff members that I had to deal with after her were all very nice and friendly.
Good customer service , took the time to explain every thing for me and my daughter , eye doctor also kind and clear and treated us with respect, will recommend and go there again ????????
I decided to try Vision Mart in Oak Creek since I drive past it every day on my way to work. I also like to take a look at business reviews before I decide to give a place my business. There aren't many reviews of this Vision Mart and, to be honest, the ones I did read were not very impressive. But I decided to give them a try anyway and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I had my eye exam earlier this month and it was nothing but a good experience. I had a few questions before my exam and I was helped by a young woman named Julie. She was very patient with me ( I had a lot of questions) and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. She was very knowledgeable. The eye exam itself was a good experience as well. The doctor explained each step to me as the exam took place. He was very personable and had a great sense of humor. The entire experience for me was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Vision Mart to any of my friends or family.
